Healtheasy is a digital healthcare platform offering app-based services. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made on Healtheasy are final and non-refundable.

Once a payment is successfully completed, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be entertained under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Partial usage of services
  • Non-usage of services
  • Accidental purchases

2. Subscription Services

All subscription plans (weekly / monthly / yearly) are non-refundable.

  • Users may cancel auto-renewal at any time, but no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle.
  • Cancellation only prevents future charges.

3. Technical Issues

In rare cases of technical failure where the service is completely inaccessible due to a system error attributable to Healtheasy, the issue will be resolved by:

  • Extending the subscription period, or
  • Providing service access once the issue is fixed

No monetary refunds will be issued for technical issues.

4. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

  • If a user is charged more than once for the same transaction, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
  • Refunds for duplicate payments will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Users are requested to contact Healtheasy support before initiating any chargeback with their bank or payment provider.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
    • Account suspension
    • Permanent termination of services

6. Payment Gateway Responsibility

Payments on Healtheasy are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Healtheasy does not store card or banking details.

Refund timelines, where applicable, are subject to:

  • Payment gateway processing time
  • Bank policies
